Corporate Event Planning and Production – Our extensive expertise in both planning and executing an event has a flawless track record. For nearly 100 consecutive years, we have produced not only our a premier summer camp experience for children but have hosted other events year-round. Rent our facility and plan your own corporate retreat, team building, or event, or let us do all the hard work for you. Our turn-key operations allow for all aspects of your event to be handled by our professional event staff.

Our retreat and conference center is on nearly 100 acres with a mile of lakeside frontage, on the southern edge of the White Mountain National Forest, just 2 hours from Boston. Our spectacular location and lakeside facilities provide the perfect setting for your next corporate event or company retreat.

Making good use of our natural settings, we offer flexible, functional indoor and outdoor spaces and a beautiful venue for corporate retreats, meetings, and workshops. Located just 120 minutes north of Boston, our location is the perfect distance for your employees to feel removed from their work environment without all the “costs” of traveling too far.

In addition to a range of indoor and outdoor meeting spaces, Camp Cody provides versatile lodging accommodations, including spacious cabins options. Our cabins can sleep up to 16 people. Cabins have their own personal sleeping space but share the cabin space with others.
