Our Executive Chef, Bryan Nader, brings over 20 years of culinary experience to White Mountain Weddings. With a strong foundation in both classical and contemporary techniques, Bryan has led high-volume kitchens and multi-site culinary teams throughout his career, delivering thoughtful, beautifully executed dining experiences at every scale.

Bryan works closely with each couple to design a wedding weekend menu that reflects their personal tastes and the style of their celebration. From welcome appetizers and rehearsal dinners to the main reception and post-wedding brunch, every menu is crafted with care, creativity, and attention to detail, ensuring an unforgettable experience for you and your guests.

A unique wedding weekend at Cody begins with a relaxed rehearsal dinner to welcome your guests. We then provide a hearty brunch buffet the following morning for overnight guests.

With a generous buffet-style reception, your guests will enjoy a delicious menu creatively designed and prepared by Bryan and his culinary team, with your personal tastes and requests playing an important role in the menu design.

The weekend concludes with a relaxed Sunday breakfast or brunch before goodbyes are said, wrapping up a celebration filled with meaningful moments shared with friends and family. Any special dietary needs can be accommodated with ease.
