Many of us have worked together for years, as colleagues, friends, and in many ways, family. We’ve grown up here, and that shared history translates into a level of collaboration, joy, and attention that our couples feel throughout their planning process and on their wedding day. It’s a privilege to play a role in such an important moment, and we approach it with both gratitude and pride.

Executive Chef Bryan leads our culinary program with over 20 years of experience. Trained in both classical and contemporary cuisine, Bryan has overseen culinary teams across high-volume kitchens and multi-site operations, developing menus, training staff, and elevating the dining experience for diverse guests. His leadership roles include serving as Regional Executive Chef for Trinity Health, which has shaped his refined yet welcoming approach to wedding dining.

Beyond the kitchen, you’ll find an experienced and thoughtful team supporting every element of your celebration. From setting up ceremony and reception spaces to running late-night campfires or providing golf-cart transportation for guests, we’re here to ensure your weekend feels seamless and special.
